With your order, if the design and the size you have chosen is available, the shipment will be made on the same day of the order.

If the pair is to be manufactured, then the shipment is made the next working day.

All pairs are freshly made and this guarantees that the quality is perfect and that the pairs will last you for a very long time!

Transport

Shipping is free of charge if you choose Viva Payments or PayPal as your payment method.

If you choose the cash on delivery service, there is a charge of 3 euros.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return the product you received, you can send us an email at info@e-ties.gr. We will receive the product and replace it with the one you want or refund your money. The return must be made within 14 days of receipt, the product must be new and unused and the service is free for the first exchange.
