Product returns

You have the right to exchange the product you received with another or to return the product and request a refund.

If you want to change the product or refund, you can, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, do the following:

You inform us of your intention to return your product by sending an email to vaggelis@gkavogiannis.gr.
Send the product to the address “Fanariou 86, 43100, Karditsa” at your own expense.
Within 24 hours of receipt we send the product you have chosen or your money.
For the changes you will be charged with the shipping costs which are 3 euros per route.

Prerequisites for exercising the right of return / replacement are:

The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.
The product must be returned in excellent condition received, without damage, without any defects (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in its packaging with all its labels (eg stickers, brand marking, etc.) while the purchase receipt must also be included in the package.
Until the product arrives at us it is your responsibility, therefore it is important to ensure its safe transport to avoid any damage and therefore inability to return it.
